A corporate coach specializes in helping an organization achieve MORE. The coach will help the company make the employees feel like they are TEAM MEMBERS, not just employees. This type of coach has a challenging path to follow, as they need to know what it is the executive branch wants from it's managerial staff as well as train those managers to be leaders AND help the staff learn how to become a TEAM so the organization can take full advantage of the wealth of promise any given group has to offer. It is paramount for the corporate coach to see the big picture and develop a methodology to get everybody moving in the right direction. This form of coaching goes above and beyond the typical client-mentor method since you as a coach will need to teach many different skills, from communictaion through team building excersises to perhaps more than one client within the corporate structure.

Do you have what it takes to be a Corporate Coach?

Take the FREE coaching quiz and find out RIGHT NOW!
