A career coach can help their clients find what they may have lost in their work, or help them find the courage to move into a new career. The whole process from seeking out new possibilities, discovering unexplored venues, right through actualization of a goal is incredibly rewarding for both the client AND the coach.

And for the coach the pay can be very lucrative!

As with other forms of coaching, it is indeed best to help the client discover for themselves what they already know, but may be afraid to confront.

Confronting this fear and uncertainty is something that proves difficult for most people. A good career coach will help them overcome these fears and see the true potential within themselves.

Career coaching is effective because it provides the insight, support, and direction necessary for these answers to come to life.

Do you have what it takes to be a great career coach?

Take the free quiz and find out now!
