Our program develops an individual’s ability to engage, motivate and grow their human capital. We train leaders how to guide employees to solve their own challenges and/or create opportunities to meet the organization’s strategic goals. Our graduates understand how to seize informal coachable moments to develop employees and make the organization stronger. When managers, internal business partners and/or facilitators use coaching skills, they stop telling employees what to do and help employees think for themselves.

  Human Capital Coaching is a training and development course designed to help companies grow and leverage their personnel and strategically connect the work of the employee with the organizaitonal goals.

  CTA's program helps organizations use coaching skills - within the context of organizational design - to draw out and tap into the knowledge and creativity that exist within the workforce. The coursework will train you how to competently and confidently use coaching skills (active listening, asking powerful questions, identifying coachable moments, creating productive conversations) to guide employees to work through challenges and/or create opportunities to meet the organization's strategic goals.

The skill sets offered through the Human Capital Coaching program help internal leaders determine the best, most fulfilling ways each individual can help “fuel” the organization’s overall intention and goals. Become a Human Capital Coach!

Take the self-paced course and discover ways to weave coaching skills into your role as a manager and/or business partner. This self-study workbook will help you better define coaching's role in your organization, teach you to identify coachable moments and develop your ability to use coaching to grow employees and strengthen the organization.

Enroll in a Live Tele-Class. (Check the schedule here) Classes meet weekly via live tele-class (or Skype) in 1.5 hour sessions. Knowing what coaching is - is not enough. Our programs make possible transformational behavioural change and develops your ability to coach others competently and with confidence. Weekly instructions, mentoring and feedback by trained professionals ensures that 'good' practice becomes permanent. Graduates that successfully complete the 16 week course become "Certified Human Capital Coaches" and receive 30 credit hours (ICF) and are approved for 24 Strategic Business credits by HRCI.
