Your Expert Guide
Dr. Laura Belsten is an internationally known expert and author of the Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile™. She has studied extensively with international EI experts, and she is certified in four other leading emotional intelligence instruments. She has been on the faculty of the University of Denver for over 20 years where she teaches graduate courses in leadership and communication, including a graduate course in Coaching Emotional Intelligence.

Dr. Belsten is an executive coach in private practice for over 15 years, a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and past president of the Denver Coach Federation. She earned her Ph.D. in Leadership & Organizational Communication from the University of Denver in 1996.

Who Is This Program For?
This highly-interactive and lively workshop is designed specifically for coaches to equip them with the knowledge, skills, techniques and tools to assess client strengths and vulnerabilities in S+EI, and coach them in 26 key S+EI competencies.

Prerequisite: This is a graduate level program. All participants must be graduates of an accredited Certified Coach Program and have an active coaching practice. In special circumstances permission to enter the program can be granted by Dr. Belsten.
