Lead Your Organization
Drive Measurable Results and Performance
Be Prepared to Competently Lead Your Organization and Develop Others
We Leave Our Enterprise Clients with the Framework and Tools for a Sustained Coaching Culture
Companies like Google, Toyota, Southwest, and American Family Insurance have developed coaching skills in their leadership team to assist employees through challenges and/or create opportunities to meet the organization’s strategic goals. Co-Creative Leadership training broadens the next generation of skills required by senior leadership, emerging leaders and front line managers.
Businesses of all sizes face change and growth benefit from co-creative leadership. Co-creative leaders contribute to the strength of an organization by unlocking the minds and stimulating insights of their employees. Graduates understand how and when to use coaching skills to impact strategy, engage employees, strengthen the organization and create opportunities for innovation.
Coach Training Alliance firmly believes education does not take place in a box like a classroom or in a hotel conference room. We establish mastery through practice and actively engaging in our thoughts rather than in a seminar/workshop stressing theories and mechanics. After all, you wouldn’t become a professional tennis player by watching the game on television or a world renowned piano player by just playing the piano. It takes practice. Coaching is no different.
The Co-Creative Leadership program is for organizations who want to develop coaching skills in their management teams. It is structured to consistently and methodically improve your coaching ability through regular practice and continual improvement. Typically, the program is conducted via live conference call, however on-site presentations may be coordinated with your organization. Participants will use class time to solve real work challenges. Discussion and practice sessions support the work that needs to be done to inspire personal growth and strengthen their co-creative leadership skills. As participants apply what they learn, they will create opportunities for the organization, employees and themselves individually.
Classes are taught in an intimate setting, with a maximum of 12 students, to allow for individual attention, connection with class peers and an environment of focused learning. However, classes can be scaled to meet your organization’s needs.
The weekly calls are 1.5 hours in length and highly interactive: 10% presentation, 40% discussion and 50% live coaching with authentic work situations. If you miss a class (or part of a class) recordings are available to participants only, however, requirements for certification and graduation stipulate that participants miss no more than two total classes.
In addition to the live training, you will reference the course material to fuel your experience, inspire your personal growth and strengthen your coaching skills. Additional reading and out of classroom exercises are fully related to your day-to-day responsibilities and make up approximately 1.5 hours per week. Become a certified Co-Creative Leadership Coach in just 12 weeks.

When people came to me with work challenges, I used to tell them what to do or take an active role in fixing it. I felt constantly pulled off task putting fires out. Now, I engage them to find a solution and take action. My team is capable of doing their jobs extremely well; we are all just now realizing what it means for me to empower them to do so. … I also see more “coachable” moments now that I’ve been through the class.
Coaching is a professional service providing clients with feedback, insights, and guidance from an outside vantage point. The profession of coaching is similar to the practice of a physician, attorney, or psychologist.
I looked forward to every class and really enjoyed them.
Nan, I have nothing but lovely things to say about this class. I thought your class was inspiring and well administered. I appreciate the booklet that came with it, loved the exercises and found it did strengthen me and bring focus, which was my desired outcome.
I love the classes. I’ve received so much helpful information. Thank you!
It was really helpful to practice the coaching sessions, and to have others provide feedback. It’s tough to learn something and then never get to really use it in a way where you can get real-time, meaningful feedback.
In the fields I have studied, emotional intelligence is much more powerful than IQ in determining who emerges as a leader. IQ is a threshold competence. You need it, but it doesn’t make you a star. Emotional Intelligence can.
Creating revenue for the firm, connecting better with clients, serving the client need.
As a consultant, achieving this “coaching state-of-mind” has gone against my natural instincts as I’ve been programmed to give advice. The Human Capital Coaching program has allowed for me to become a much better listener and focus on what my client is truly expressing instead of how I would like to respond. I’m now…able to identify the real issues of a client at a deeper level. …the HCC program enabled me to resolve clients issues and capture new business much more efficiently, ultimately creating greater revenue for my firm.
Life presents many coachable moments, both professionally and otherwise. It has strengthened relationships, made me more aware of opportunities to coach.
I learned how to mentally prepare myself for coaching conversations… I am a better coach when I do this, more connected to clients, [able to] serve them better. The class also helped me start asking more powerful questions and reminded me to validate the client during the coaching sessions.. this was critical to my co-creative relationships.
