MANAGER LEVEL MEMBERSHIP

  The foundation of Opposite Strengths Certified Executive Coaches' success is the use of the Opposite Strengths Executive Coaching System. Originated by pioneering executive coach Dr. J.W. Thomas in the 1960s and developed by Dr. Tommy Thomas from the 1980s through today, Opposite Strengths is the only psychologically-based executive coaching system that was developed by executive coaches based on actual experience in understanding what makes executives successful. • Twenty-five (25) Individual Analysis of Strengths Packages.
  Manager level Opposite Strengths Executive Coach Community members receive – at no additional cost – 25 packages of online Opposite Strengths Inventories and the multiple professional reports that are generated from them (additional packages beyond the initial 25 may be purchased at any time). The Inventories and the reports are then resold to the client and the Coach receives and keeps the full revenue. Certified Executive Coaches are fully licensed to use the Opposite Strengths Executive Coaching System in their own private practice as an executive coach working with individual executives. Valued at $250 each (community members may charge their clients what they choose), this benefit to joining the Opposite Strengths Executive Coach Community at the Manager Level is worth $6,250!

• Five Basic Marketing Classes on Developing a Successful Executive Coaching Business.
  This solid marketing curriculum is designed to help you create a profitable six-figure-plus executive coaching business. Topics include developing your client base, establishing business targets, developing your message, establishing fees, and closing sales. These classes are part of the Marketing Library, which is accessible to you online any time. You can listen to them as many times as you wish.

• Opposite Strengths Faculty Membership
  You will be welcomed as a valued member of the larger community of Opposite Strengths Certified Executive Coaches and Certified Facilitators who bring Opposite Strengths to others through coaching, facilitating, and training.

• Private Back End Client Home Page on OppositeStrengths.com
  This allows you to track the confidential information that you gain from your clients through the Opposite Strengths Inventories. You also generate and print multiple reports based on the Opposite Strengths Inventories from this page at any time and as many times as you wish. Many other data aggregation and analysis tools are available to you.

• Monthly Live Coach Corner Teleconferences.
  Each Coach Corner features an experienced Opposite Strengths Certified Executive Coach who provides advice and feedback based on years of successful experience. He or she will be available to answer your questions regarding topics of your choice live on the line.

• Monthly Live Client Spotlight Teleconferences.
  These calls shine the spotlight on organizational clients who have successfully used the Opposite Strengths Coaching System to transform their cultures into environments where employees feel valued, find meaning, and work more collaboratively.

  This includes in-depth information on the Opposite Strengths Executive Coach System, how it operates, and how to use it effectively with individual clients.

  These materials are available to you to purchase and resell to your individual executive coaching clients and keep the profits.

• Annual LIVE Opposite Strengths Certified Executive Coach Retreat at Regular Registration Fee.
  This carefully designed two-day event features in-depth business success training as well as structured time for meeting with your Master Mind.   You have unlimited use of the online Founder's Library which contains nine videos of conversations between Dr. J. W. Thomas and Dr. Tommy Thomas discussing the origination, development, and main features of the Opposite Strengths Executive Coaching System.

  You have unlimited access to the online Research Library which features research on the Opposite Strengths System. These research projects will not only increase your professional understanding of Opposite Strengths but will also provide you with key marketing information on the value of Opposite Strengths. DIRECTOR LEVEL MEMBERSHIP

In addition to all of the opportunities listed above in the Manager Level, including the Opposite Strengths Certificate Program, all of the following opportunities are available to you as a DIRECTOR LEVEL Opposite Strengths Certified Executive Coach Community Member:

• Twenty-five Additional Individual Analysis of Strengths Packages.
  Director Level Community Members receive an additional 25 Individual Analysis of Strengths Packages for a total of 50 (additional packages beyond the initial 50 may be purchased at any time). The Inventories and the reports are then resold to the client and the Coach receives and keeps the full revenue. Certified Executive Coaches are fully licensed to use the Opposite Strengths Executive Coaching System in their own private practice as an executive coach working with individual executives. • Five Advanced Marketing Classes on Expanding a Successful Executive Coaching Business.
  This in-depth and cutting edge information builds on the topics learned in the Basic Marketing classes to help you expand your business to include multiple streams of direct and passive income. Topics include applying value-based pricing principles, developing proposals that get accepted, case studies on successful clients, stages of organizational culture transformation, and finding the value basis for your work. These classes are part of the Marketing Library, which is accessible to you online any time. You can listen to them as many times as you wish.

  You are introduced to our client network of clients through our on-site conferences and personal invitations to be a part of our existing client business. Even if you currently have no individual executive coaching clients, our network is likely to jumpstart your executive coaching practice so that it becomes as profitable as you and everyone else in the Opposite Strengths Certified Executive Coach community wants it to be.

• Sell Culture Transformations Directly to Your Clients.
  You learn how to do everything necessary to take hold of the culture transformation sales and delivery process yourself. We provide you with the Opposite Strengths materials used in the coaching and training you deliver as well as make available Opposite Strengths Faculty Members to help you deliver services.

• Resell Our Turnkey Proposals to Your Clients.
  Let us do the work and design a proposal for you to resell to your clients. We provide the management and delivery of the Culture Transformation and you retain the client relationship.

• Earn Finder Fees.
  The key to developing a profitable, passive revenue based executive coaching business is to use executive coaching as a platform to introduce Opposite Strengths culture transformation into your clients' companies. You earn a 10% finder fee for every client you introduce us to so that we can sell Opposite Strengths culture transformations to them.

• Earn Sales Commissions.
  You can earn up to 10% sales commissions on every Opposite Strengths culture transformation proposal for which you earn a finder fee.

• Earn Management Fees.
  Earn up to a 10% management fee while you learn how to manage culture transformations. You are eligible to be considered for managing culture transformations for which you earn a finder fee.

• Earn Honoraria as an Opposite Strengths Faculty Member.
  As an Opposite Strengths Certified Executive Coach, you will join the Opposite Strengths Faculty and be eligible to deliver compensated executive coaching services to Opposite Strengths culture transformation clients.

• Sample Promotional PowerPoint Presentation
  You will gain access to a sample PowerPoint presentation you can use as a tool to promote your individual executive coaching business. You will be able to customize it with your own speaker style and voice to make it "yours."

• Cultural Analysis of Strengths Report on Your Clients.
  In addition to the multitude of reports based on the Opposite Strengths Inventories for use with individuals and pairs of people, you have access to the report based on the organizational culture – the Opposite Strengths Cultural Analysis of Strengths. There is no other report like it for understanding the culture dynamics in your client organizations.

• Access to the Online Opposite Strengths Advanced Marketing Library.
  You have unlimited access to this online library which contains audio classes that you listen to at your convenience and supporting documents for you to use in learning how to leverage your executive coaching practice to include sales of culture transformations to your clients.

• Private Master Mind.
  Upon becoming an Opposite Strengths Certified Executive Coach you'll be assigned to a small Master Mind group of no more than eight members who meet on the phone once a month. These regular check-in calls help make sure you stay on track and get your questions answered.

• Annual LIVE Opposite Strengths Certified Executive Coach Retreat with Registration Fee Waived.
  The Registration Fee for the retreat is waived as part of your Director Membership.

• Eligibility to register for the Opposite Strengths Facilitator Certificate Program.
  Opposite Strengths Certified Facilitators deliver the Opposite Strengths Seminar, which is the core curriculum in every Opposite Strengths culture transformation.

• On-call Support from the Opposite Strengths Staff.
  The Opposite Strengths staff is available to answer your questions about using the Opposite Strengths System to develop your executive coaching business - from advice on client development to how to use the Web site.

• Access to Opposite Strengths Mentor Coaches
  Seasoned executive coaches who have been successful using the Opposite Strengths Executive Coaching System are available to work with you on a customized individual basis to help you develop and sustain a successful executive coaching business.

• Track to Become an Opposite Strengths Mentor Coach.
  You can get paid while you guide new Opposite Strengths Certified Executive Coach community members to develop their own businesses.
