Our Faculty
At CTA, we are dedicated to supporting our faculty. They are all successful coaches with active, fruitful practices. They are authors, leaders, and each possess an enormous passion for the success and growth coaching can bring our students.
Our faculty are required to complete the rigorous CTA Master Mentor Coach program and demonstrate their ability to not only coach clients, but instill the special art and science of coaching into their students. Your experience with our faculty will be one of positive energy, growth and consistent support. On average, CTA faculty have been with us for over 7 years- a rarity in today’s world of coach training.

Chris Osborn
President
Chris is a serial entrepreneur, executive and executive coach. His passion lies in growing businesses that aid in personal growth or business expansion of others. He has been widely recognized for his ability to lead change through organizational growth and strategic planning.
Chris currently serves as both a board member and in executive capacities of numerous organizations in the corporate and not-for-profit worlds. His experience varies widely from distance education and healthcare to e-commerce and financial services. He periodically authors material for the Coaching Compass and is the visionary and co-author behind the Human Capital Accelerator™. In addition to his work at CTA, Chris is licensed both as an Opposite Strengths Executive Coach as well as a New Money Story Coach. Chris is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and the University of California at Berkeley.
Lisa Pisano
Admissions Advisor
Lisa is a full-time coach and graduate of the CTA Certified Coach Program. In a addition to her advisory role at CTA, she also volunteers in her community by serving as a mentor and adult friend to teenage girls.
Lisa is host of the Becoming a Coach teleclass- an Insider's Guide to the Coaching Profession. Additionally, she is building and filling her coaching practice, Northern Lights Coaching.
Bernadette Desiato
Student Support
Bernadette has over 15 years of customer service experience in a variety of different fields. For the last several years she has conducted monthly online auctions, handling all related tasks including payment processing and customer correspondence.
Bernadette is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor's Degree in English. In her spare time, she works with new parents as they navigate the challenging transition of life with a new baby.
Laura Belsten
PhD, MCC - Dean of the Graduate School of Coaching
Laura is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a past president of the ICF Denver chapter. She is an executive coach speacializing in leadership development having worked with Fortune 100 companies, including: Hewlett Packard, Qwest Wireless, Coors Brewery and Xcel Energy.
Dr. Belsten is one of the nation’s foremost experts in emotional intelligence. She teaches graduate courses at the University of Denver where her programs on management and leadership have sold out for more than 15 years.
David Krueger
M.D., Dean of Curriculum, Mentor Coach and Trainer
Dave is an Executive Mentor Coach who works with executives and professionals to develop and sustain success strategies. A former Professor, Psychiatrist, and Psychoanalyst, his coaching and writing focus on the art and science of success strategies: mind over matters. He founded and served as CEO for two healthcare corporations, co-founded a third statup that went from venture capital to merger/acquisition.
Dave is author of 17 books on success, money, wellness and self-development. His latest book, The Secret Language of Money (McGraw Hill), is a Business Bestseller translated into 10 languages.
Jackie Black
PhD, Mentor Coach and Trainer
Dr. Jackie is an internationally recognized relationship expert, educator and coach and a mentor coach to solo-preneurs who are in the start-up stages of building their businesses; or who have already started building their businesses, have paying clients, and are ready to go to the next level. Dr. Jackie’s business background includes 15 years in a corporate environment and building two successful businesses as a solo-preneur.
Dr. Jackie is a graduate of the CTA Certified Coach Program and is a Licensed Coach for Singles and Couples.
Marguerite Ham
Mentor Coach and Corporate Trainer
Marguerite Ham is a business coach, trainer, memory expert and author of How to Remember Anything in 60 Minutes or Less, How to Remember What's His Name, and the audio series Total Recall.
She has been an executive coach for the last 10 years, guiding executives and entrepreneurs to discover their authentic path of success while being in alignment with their values and goals as well as those of their organizations to reach their highest potential. Marguerite is a Professional Speaker and Trainer in the fields of Memory Training, Priority Management, Leadership Development and Coaching. Marguerite is a graduate of CTA certified Human Capital Coach. Her training has improved the effectiveness and increased individual productivity for the past 20 years in organizations such as: Lucent Technologies, TRW, Lockheed Martin, FDIC, Bell Canada and Associations worldwide.
Jonny Bowden
PhD, CNS, Mentor Coach and Trainer
Dr. Jonny is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist and a nationally recognized expert and award-winning author on weight loss and nutrition. He is a health coach and educator whose dynamic and entertaining presentation style is prominently featured on national television and radio stations. Jonny is a much in-demand speaker at conferences and events across the country and is featured regularly in magazines and publications.
Dr. Jonny the only nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in psychology and counseling and a PhD in Holistic Nutrition.
Laurie Cameron
Mentor Coach and Trainer
Laurie has trained and mentored over 700 coaches around the world. Through her business, WAKE UP! Enterprises, she also helps executives successfully manage the business they’re really in: Relationships. She is the author of The Sage and Scholar's Guide to Coaching Singles and The Journey from Fear to Love.
Laurie is a past President of the Denver Coach Federation, and is a CTA Certified Coach, a Master Certified Relationship Coach, an Opposite Strengths Certified Executive Coach, and the Director of the Opposite Strengths Executive Coach Community.
Nan Einarson
Mentor Coach and Trainer
Nan is Canadian and a CTA Certified Coach who specializes in relationships. Through her business, Make It So, Creating New Futures, she helps singles to prepare to find the right Life Partner and build foundations for solid, lasting relationships.
Nan has authored a book, Do It Yourself Relationship Repair Guide, and is a syndicated columnist with the Metroland This Week Newspaper Group. She has had over twenty years of training experience in the not-for-profit sector, twelve of those at an Executive Management level.
Dave Meyer
Mentor Coach and Trainer (Emeritus)
Dave is a full time coach, trainer, and speaker who specializes in developing future leaders and strong teams. His mantra is "Great Teams Are Built On The Foundation Of Great Leadership. Great Leadership Is Built On The Foundation Of Great Trust."
Dave is a graduate of the CTA program and founded his company Coaching For Tomorrow in 2002. He is very active in the coaching community and is the Director of Membership for the Denver Coach Federation.
Jennifer Powers
Mentor Coach and Trainer
Jennifer is a coach, trainer, author and a true believer in the human spirit.
Authentically committed to the success of others, she helps professionals build confidence and competence through envisioning their future, believing in themselves, and attracting the success they deserve.
Jennifer earned her Masters in Sociology from the University of Houston, and is a CTA Certified Coach. She also serves on the board of the Northwest Coaches Association and is the incoming president of the National Speakers Association-Oregon Chapter.
Kristalyn Ryan
Mentor Coach and Trainer
Kristalyn collaborates with professionals and entrepreneurs to achieve their ultimate success in life and work. Her company, Positively Inspired Coaching, offers personal & professional coaching programs to help you become a successful coach, advance your business/career, and enrich your life. She specializes in success strategies, including Law of Attraction.
Kristalyn graduated from the University of Virginia McIntyre School of Commerce with highest honors. She has an extensive business and systems consulting background. Kristalyn has worked with Booz Allen Hamilton, Price Waterhouse, and Deloitte.

Deborah is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation.

Melanie is best known as The Entrepreneurs Success Coach because of her ability to catapult entrepreneurs out of overwhelm into massive results. She is co-creator of The Unstoppable Goals Method™ and co-author of Visionary Women Inspiring the World. Melanie serves as Director of Shared Vision Network and is a past president of the ICF-Los Angeles Chapter.

Rhonda Hess

Rhonda is an internationally recognized mentor coach and known as the Niche Success Strategist, helping coaches choose a highly profitable niche they’ll love with her Instant Ideal Coaching Market program. Rhonda takes coaches through the next critical step to success in her fun Client Winning Websites & Blogs blueprint. Will Craig
Founder and Dean
Will is the past president of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Denver chapter. He earned his Master's degree in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. His LearnMore System is the foundation for all CTA programs.
Will Craig may be best known as co-author of the best-selling coaching self-study program, the Coach Training Accelerator™. Will is the author of the upcoming book, Living the Hero's Journey: Exploring Your Role in the Action Adventure of a Lifetime.
Bill Treadwell

Bill Treadwell is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of entrepreneurial leadership experience delivering a high level of success. His experience ranges from VP/General Manager Profit & Loss positions in multi-billion dollar global enterprises like Sun Microsystems, Storage Technology Corporation (StorageTek) and Zenith Data Systems to CEO/Business Owner of four small companies. This diverse background enables him to identify and apply patterns of success for virtually any business. He has been a Coach Training Alliance (CTA) Certified Coach since 2005 and now a faculty member specializing in Human Capital Coaching for Organization Design professionals. He has a BA in Business Administration / Accounting from the University of Washington.
