Human Capital Coaching Workshops and Strategies

In addition to your evolved ability to coach, the Human Capital Coaching Program will help you create a clear communication process to introduce, implement and support an internal coaching initiative. Regardless if you are working as an outside consultant or an employee, the training will help you set the stage for internal coaching.

From leadership development to Human Resources training, Coach Training Alliance strives to prepare you to be a coach that can develop business talent and mold them to fit your company’s goals.  In just 3 months, you will gain an abundance of knowledge; enough to jump start your career in life coaching.

 

Program Overview

Human Capital Coach Program | Coach Training Alliance

Coach Training Alliance firmly believes education does not take place in a box like a classroom or in a hotel conference room. We establish mastery through practice and actively engaging in our thoughts rather than in a seminar/workshop stressing the knowledge transfer of theories and mechanics. After all, you wouldn’t become a professional tennis player by watching the game on television or a world renowned piano player by just playing the piano. It takes practice. Coaching is no different.

The Human Capital Coaching program is constructed to regularly and consistently improve your ability to coach others in an organization. Classes are conducted via live conference call. in an intimate setting, with a maximum of 12 students, to allow for individual attention, connection with class peers and an environment of focused learning. The weekly calls are 1.5 hours in length and highly interactive: 10% presentation, 40% discussion and 50% live coaching with authentic work situations.

If you miss a class (or part of a class) recordings are available to participants only, however, requirements for certification and graduation stipulate that participants miss no more than two total classes.

In addition to the live training, you will reference the course material to fuel your experience, inspire your personal growth and strengthen your coaching skills. Additional reading and out of classroom exercises are fully related to your day-to-day responsibilities and make up approximately 1 -1.5 hours per week. Become a certified Human Capital Coach in just 12 weeks.
