Lead Your Organization
Drive Measurable Results and Performance
Be Prepared to Competently Lead Your Organization and Develop Others
We Leave Our Enterprise Clients with the Framework and Tools for a Sustained Coaching Culture
Companies like Google, Toyota, Southwest, and American Family Insurance have developed coaching skills in their leadership team to assist employees through challenges and/or create opportunities to meet the organization’s strategic goals. Co-Creative Leadership training broadens the next generation of skills required by senior leadership, emerging leaders and front line managers.
Businesses of all sizes face change and growth benefit from co-creative leadership. Co-creative leaders contribute to the strength of an organization by unlocking the minds and stimulating insights of their employees. Graduates understand how and when to use coaching skills to impact strategy, engage employees, strengthen the organization and create opportunities for innovation.
Coach Training Alliance firmly believes education does not take place in a box like a classroom or in a hotel conference room. We establish mastery through practice and actively engaging in our thoughts rather than in a seminar/workshop stressing theories and mechanics. After all, you wouldn’t become a professional tennis player by watching the game on television or a world renowned piano player by just playing the piano. It takes practice. Coaching is no different.
The Co-Creative Leadership program is for organizations who want to develop coaching skills in their management teams. It is structured to consistently and methodically improve your coaching ability through regular practice and continual improvement. Typically, the program is conducted via live conference call, however on-site presentations may be coordinated with your organization. Participants will use class time to solve real work challenges. Discussion and practice sessions support the work that needs to be done to inspire personal growth and strengthen their co-creative leadership skills. As participants apply what they learn, they will create opportunities for the organization, employees and themselves individually.
Classes are taught in an intimate setting, with a maximum of 12 students, to allow for individual attention, connection with class peers and an environment of focused learning. However, classes can be scaled to meet your organization’s needs.
The weekly calls are 1.5 hours in length and highly interactive: 10% presentation, 40% discussion and 50% live coaching with authentic work situations. If you miss a class (or part of a class) recordings are available to participants only, however, requirements for certification and graduation stipulate that participants miss no more than two total classes.
In addition to the live training, you will reference the course material to fuel your experience, inspire your personal growth and strengthen your coaching skills. Additional reading and out of classroom exercises are fully related to your day-to-day responsibilities and make up approximately 1.5 hours per week. Become a certified Co-Creative Leadership Coach in just 12 weeks.

I was so caught up in your presentation, I was not able to take notes. I did not want to miss a word. It is exceptionally helpful to have the replays available.
“This program has opened up a new season of life for me by giving me tools, ideas, experience and top-of-the line training to start a new career. I can’t say enough positive comments about how professional yet personal this training was.”
“I’ve been a sales coach for a number of years in the financial services industry. Last year I made a career development decision to certify through CTA because I realized that I’d been working with outdated technologies and an incomplete coaching process. Now I’ve learned decisive skills that qualify me to coach on client issues beyond performance and build a comprehensive practice. Hat’s off to certification instructor Dr. Dave Krueger!”
Nan, I have nothing but lovely things to say about this class. I thought your class was inspiring and well administered. I appreciate the booklet that came with it, loved the exercises and found it did strengthen me and bring focus, which was my desired outcome.
“Dr. Jackie, Just thought I would let you know I have been impressed with the (Art & Science of Coaching Couples) course so far. Your follow up downloads set this program head and shoulders above the competition.”
Asked for a conservative estimate of the monetary payoff from the coaching they got, managers described an average return of more than $100,000, or about six times what the coaching had cost their companies.
This new skill will not only empower me to help my organization achieve its vision and mission, but also make me a better leader and mentor as I can now better assist my staff or peers further their own personal growth as well as professional.
I really enjoyed your classes and I could not have signed up at a better time. I really feel like I have a handle on some resources and tools that will help me in my career coaching practice.
The CTA program is amazing. Very thorough utilizing Coach Training Accelerator audio program, small classes and a mentor coach. I particularly loved having Nan Einarson as my mentor coach. It’s been 3+ years and my “coach the coach” buddy and I still connect every week.
I didn’t know that I would enjoy working with all of what goes on in a divorce; the stress, the anger, the breakdowns. What I learned from my clients is how valuable coaching is for them. When a person in divorce seeks to have a thinking conversation about their situation, they may typically think of their attorney who may be busy and can’t see them right now – maybe in two or three weeks from now. It is not the attorney’s fault for being busy and scheduled, it is just how it is. So people resort to talking with family members, friends, and/or co-workers who may or may not enjoy those conversations. Many a family member has sent their divorcing relative to me because they needed an accessible thinking partner. That is what a divorce coach is, an accessible thinking partner.
So all the concerns I had about divorce coaching did not materialize. They were not there. I was making them up. What happened was a discovery that there is an overwhelming need for coaching and the beneficial impact coaching is having on my clients.
