Positive Psychology coaching is a powerful evidence based approach to coaching that focuses on improving client well-being, cultivating resilience, individual strengths, positive relationships and emotions, flow, meaning and mattering.

Class meets on Wednesdays beginning  January 21, 2026 for 7 weeks via Zoom. Sessions are each 90 minutes.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for this course. You do not have to be a Certified Coach to attend this training. While Professional coaches will use the training with their clients; Individuals and Non-Professional coaches may use this program, tools, exercises and instruction in their personal lives to for individual self-development.

 

Please note: Graduates will receive a certificate of completion from Coach Training Alliance awarding 21 ICF Core CCEs – Waiting on Approval from ICF.

About the Class

All classes will meet via Zoom for 90 minutes. Students will also have Virtual Classroom access for continued support and connectivity.

How to Support Client Goal-Setting Around Strengths; How to Engage the Client in Action Planning For Their Strengths
