CTA’s Commitment to Online Security

Physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of your personal information. CTA encrypts billing information wherever we request it. All CTA faculty with access to personal information are also bound to adhere to this policy as part of their contract with CTA.
Personal Information Collected Online

Your privacy is safe.

If you sign up for our newsletter, take the coaching quiz, or join Friends of CTA, we only ask for your first name and email address. When you enroll in one of our courses or make a purchase we will also request your billing information and phone number.

CTA does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from children under the age of 13. In addition, no part of our site is designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 13.

How CTA Uses Personal Information

Unless you otherwise consent, we will use your personal information only for the purpose for which it is submitted, such as to reply to your emails, process enrollments and other business requests related to program participation.

We never rent, trade or sell your personal information to anyone. Period.

Coach Training Alliance (“Coach Training Alliance“) operates CoachTrainingAlliance.com and other associated websites. It is Coach Training Alliance’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Coach Training Alliance collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request.
