With over 25 years of leadership experience in non-profit organizations and small businesses, Dave Bouffard is a Mentor Coach who graduated from CTA’s Certified Coach program in 2021. He is also certified at the ACC level with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). His diverse background includes multiple roles as a non-profit ministry leader, spiritual director, life coach, trainer, addiction & recovery counselor for homeless men & women, pastor, chaplain, missionary in Africa, non-profit Board member, and small business COO & organizational consultant.

Dave is growing his own spiritual direction and life coaching business providing support for people navigating spiritual, relational, and vocational transitions out of high-control religion and into the life they deserve after faith deconstruction. He is also back in graduate school and in the process of becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist where he plans to focus on trauma healing and specialize in helping people overcome religious trauma. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 6 children hiking, camping, boating, and hunting.
