FAQs
Do I need to be a certified coach to participate?
Certification is not required. Training will enhance your skills and effectiveness as a practicing coach.
Do I need to have extensive clinical knowledge about the brain?
No prior knowledge is required. The essentials of the mind, brain and performance sciences are incorporated with practical understanding and ease of application in mind.
Will the discussion calls be recorded?
Yes, and a viewing link will become available to all participants.
How much time do I need to invest between trainings for mastery and application of the material?
1-2 hours for each Curriculum Module with exercises and work tools.
When will I receive each Module?
Each Curriculum Module and accompanying Training Webinar Discussion Guide will be sent directly to you one week before the scheduled Zoom Training Webinar.
What if I’m unable to attend all 8 training webinars?
Live attendance is preferred. However, if you miss a training for any reason, you must access its recording for module review and instructions for next steps toward program completion.
I am in a time zone that makes it difficult to participate. Will a future cohort be scheduled?
A subsequent cohort is not currently scheduled; however, you can join a waiting list.
How will I be able to demonstrate that I have completed training and am certified?
Graduates will receive a certification and badge of the NeuroMentor® Institute of Peak Performance, as well as ongoing continuing education. Also, as a graduate, you will be approved to apply for certification to The npnInstitute of Applied and Organizational Neuroscience.

Standing on this foundation, the coach’s responsibility is to:

Refund Policy
You may cancel without penalty if the request is received at least 7 days before the course begins. If you cancel 7 days prior to the course start date, we’ll refund the tuition paid. No refunds are made after class begins.
