Coach Training Alliance firmly believes education does not take place in a box like a classroom or in a hotel conference room. We establish mastery through practice and actively engaging in our thoughts rather than in a seminar/workshop stressing theories and mechanics. After all, you wouldn’t become a professional tennis player by watching the game on television or a world renowned piano player by just playing the piano. It takes practice. Coaching is no different.
The Co-Creative Leadership program is for organizations who want to develop coaching skills in their management teams. It is structured to consistently and methodically improve your coaching ability through regular practice and continual improvement. Typically, the program is conducted via live conference call, however on-site presentations may be coordinated with your organization. Participants will use class time to solve real work challenges. Discussion and practice sessions support the work that needs to be done to inspire personal growth and strengthen their co-creative leadership skills. As participants apply what they learn, they will create opportunities for the organization, employees and themselves individually.
Classes are taught in an intimate setting, with a maximum of 12 students, to allow for individual attention, connection with class peers and an environment of focused learning. However, classes can be scaled to meet your organization’s needs.
The weekly calls are 1.5 hours in length and highly interactive: 10% presentation, 40% discussion and 50% live coaching with authentic work situations. If you miss a class (or part of a class) recordings are available to participants only, however, requirements for certification and graduation stipulate that participants miss no more than two total classes.
In addition to the live training, you will reference the course material to fuel your experience, inspire your personal growth and strengthen your coaching skills. Additional reading and out of classroom exercises are fully related to your day-to-day responsibilities and make up approximately 1.5 hours per week. Become a certified Co-Creative Leadership Coach in just 12 weeks.

Our Graduates Weigh In
Creating revenue for the firm, connecting better with clients, serving the client need.
As a consultant, achieving this “coaching state-of-mind” has gone against my natural instincts as I’ve been programmed to give advice. The Human Capital Coaching program has allowed for me to become a much better listener and focus on what my client is truly expressing instead of how I would like to respond. I’m now…able to identify the real issues of a client at a deeper level. …the HCC program enabled me to resolve clients issues and capture new business much more efficiently, ultimately creating greater revenue for my firm.
Increased sales and expanded revenue generation with new and existing clients.
“I set a goal of ‘selling 30 hours of pure coaching in the first year after this program. I did it in a month.” ….Another unexpected benefit the coaching program provided me was to enhance my skills as a professional advisor… it has greatly elevated the relationship [with Clients] on all matters both technical and advisory.
Life presents many coachable moments, both professionally and otherwise. It has strengthened relationships, made me more aware of …opportunities to coach.
Decrease work-load, Increase sales and shorten sales cycles
I used to try and solve problems for my employees. Now I use coaching skills to help them figure out what they need to do and they are doing the work. I no longer feel overtaxed trying to solve everyone’s problems and the people I work with are better for it. The people I coach are stronger and more capable. Human Capital Coaching gave me a template and structure for having productive conversations so that obstacles and challenges can be identified more quickly. We get more work done in less time and feel energized.
“My greatest takeaway was developing the ability to “ask better questions, having a model in my head that allows me to better structure my conversations, asking powerful questions.”
“The most impactful take-away for me were the tools on how to implement a formal internal coaching program for my organization; creating the undeniable benefit statement, and setting the stage. Efforts are now in place to formalize our program, based on the tools we were given with this course.”
